Basic checks - Before you go
- Confirm your roaming function is activated by contacting our 24/7 customer service helpline at 1503. Ensure your handset is compatible with the network in the country you’re visiting. To call back home, dial the number with the prefix +91. Make an informed decision about keeping data-based applications active while traveling abroad, as this could lead to higher data roaming charges.
Billings and Payments
While roaming internationally, BSNL, as a service gesture, generally does not restrict your usage based on your credit limit. This policy ensures uninterrupted access, even with significantly higher international roaming charges.
