Terms and Conditions

1. BSNL reserves the right to defer, modify, suspend, or terminate the pack or its features in accordance with applicable TRAI regulations, either across all service areas or specific regions, with or without prior notice.
2. BSNL shall not be held liable for any claims, disputes, or consequential damages—whether direct or indirect—arising from the customer's usage, inability to use, or non-receipt of the services under the pack.
3. BSNL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
4. Subscribers may disable data services directly from their mobile handset if they choose not to utilize data while roaming.
5. BSNL is not responsible for the quality or performance of partner networks in the visited country, as it is subject to the service provider's network conditions.
